So today I woke up at 5:30, 30 minutes before I planned to. Grabbed my bedside water cup and drank it all as I went downstairs to grab coffee. I did my pushups, 15 today because I’m on what I’m calling the Josh challenge, I’ll add one more to it tomorrow. Sipping my coffee and watching the eat video. Listening to Greg talk about how the body burns and stores energy just helped put in perspective some things I have been reading lately. I was a little worried that he was going to throw out a crazy diet plan, but he didn’t, it was just about making a plan built around some easy changes. ADAM worked and it didn’t take the whole week. I am excited to get committed to this way of seeing food, and it’s great to know I have a community of people supporting me including my wife and daughter.
I’m going to go take a walk outside now with my wife, enjoy the day fellow H40 family.
And yes it is working.
