Over the years I’ve realized I’m my biggest challenge.
How do I respond when clients cancel? What do I believe about myself and my offer when things aren’t going so well? Do I start blaming? Do I go into a shame spiral?
Or do I embrace courage, take ownership, and continue moving forward?
The simple things are often the most powerful…
Can you handle doing uncomfortable sales tasks? Or are you to afraid of rejection that you hide behind your computer?
Can you stay consistent with a strategy long enough for it to succeed? Or do you give up at the first sign of things not working the way you thought?
It’s easy to point fingers at your coach, your clients, the market.
It’s harder to admit the real problem is inside you.
Who are you becoming?
Are you resilient?
Do you hold onto hope when things are dark?
Do you have faith when results don’t show up on time?
It’s not about perfection but sometimes we can never even think to look at ourselves and that’s just immaturity.
Gotta take a hard look in the mirror sometimes and realize we just need to step up.
