There's always more than enough
Resist the temptation to feel jealous or in lack when you see others prosper.
Take that as an opportunity to celebrate the blessing of the lord in others lives.
God's grace and favor is not limited. There is room for everyone to live a life of fulfilled dreams.
But that's the test.
If you respond to other people's success with judgement, comparison, you only hurt yourself.
Proverbs 14:30: “A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.”When I find myself feeling this way it's because I have forgotten who I am.
That I am a beloved son and not an orphan that has to scrape by all alone in this world.
I am a branch connected to the vine.
The source of all life.
I am taken care of with great care and intentionality.
That truth right there is freedom and peace.
