How to Lawfully Stop Harassment: An Example of a Notice of Liability
By Sheena Alexandra, Founder of Freedom Collective Foundation ⚡️
Abuse doesn’t always come in bruises.
Sometimes, it’s the constant yelling, the mocking, the unsettling snickers, or the sick feeling in your gut when someone walks past your door.
This is what I call silent abuse — the kind that hides in plain sight. And yet, it leaves deep emotional, psychological, and energetic scars.
For too long, good people have been told to “ignore it,” “be the bigger person,” or “call the police” — only to be told it’s not serious enough to take action.
But here’s the truth:
You have lawful remedies. You do not need to wait for permission to protect your peace.
At the Freedom Collective Foundation, we help people take their power back — not through violence or revenge — but through lawful, private remedy.
One of the most powerful tools in your toolbox is a Notice of Liability (NOL). It’s a private, lawful document that puts the offender on notice — letting them know they are being watched, held accountable, and financially liable for their actions.
Below is an example of a Notice of Liability used in a harassment scenario of one of my Clients. Names and details have been changed for educational purposes.

NOTICE OF LIABILITY
Date: July 8, 2025
To: Tom Doe
From: Paula Smith
**Re: Ongoing Harassment and Trespass on Rights

Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent.
Dear Tom Doe,
This Notice serves as a formal and lawful Notice of Liability regarding your repeated and unwelcome actions that have infringed upon my peace, privacy, and lawful rights.
Since November 2024, with ongoing and repeated incidents in March 2025 and July 2025, you have engaged in a pattern of behavior that includes but is not limited to:
• Yelling and vocal intimidation near or at my residence
• Mocking, snickering, or other forms of targeted verbal harassment
• Interference with and/or theft of personal mail and private correspondence
These actions are unlawful, constitute harassment, and are a violation of both my Natural Law rights and recognized civil protections. You have no right, authority, or jurisdiction to breach my peace or to trespass upon my property — physically, energetically, or verbally.
This letter serves as your first and final notice.
I do not consent to any further contact, intimidation, or tampering with my mail or property.
You are personally liable for any emotional, physical, or material harm resulting from your actions. Should this behavior continue, I reserve the right to seek full remedy and recourse in the appropriate lawful jurisdiction — including, but not limited to, private legal action, lien processes, and full publication of your misconduct.
Fee Schedule
The following fee schedule applies to all future violations from the date of this notice forward. Past events are noted as evidence of a pattern of behavior, which has led to this lawful notice.
✨ $5,000 per act of harassment, intimidation, stalking, or trespass
✨ $10,000 per act of mail theft, interference with correspondence, or property violation
✨ $25,000 for any future involvement of third-party agents (e.g., police, council, or legal threats) without lawful justification
You are now in lawful agreement with these terms unless you respond within 10 (ten) business days with a lawful, point-by-point rebuttal, signed under full commercial liability and penalty of perjury.
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent.
Silence is agreement. Govern yourself accordingly.
Without ill will or vexation,
Paula Smith
