But, When Jesus Stepped In
The storm was fierce, and the disciples were certain the boat would sink. Waves crashed over the sides while fear filled every heart. Then Jesus stood and spoke, “Peace, be still,” and the wind and sea obeyed Him. (Mark 4:39)
In one moment chaos ruled the water, and in the next moment calm covered it. The storm did not end because the disciples were strong; it ended because Jesus stepped in. Sometimes the greatest change happens when we stop striving and let Him speak into the storm.
