For those who missed it on Saturday, we did the following 24 min dry freediving training - movement on breath-hold, was awesome!
3 ROUNDS of 5 exercises
1 min. for each exercise holding the breath, taking as few breaths as possible
30 sec rest after each exercise
1:30 between each round
- walking in place
- squats
- lunges
- running in place
- flutter kick
