Here’s my FAVORITE ever static apnea training table, designed to delay contractions!!
It’s 8 breath-holds, and only 8 contractions (!!) super simple yet effective. In a few months time it pushed my contractions from 2 min ➝ almost 4 min, making 5–6 min breath holds possible!
