Hey, I’m dealing with a frustrating issue, and I was hoping you might have some advice. Amazon has had our inventory stuck in FC processing for over two months now. Every time we reach out, they say they’re investigating and need three days, but nothing ever gets resolved. We’ve opened multiple cases, but they either get ignored or we just get the same copy-paste response. Have you ever dealt with something like this? Any idea on how to get Amazon to take action?
