Collegiate job fair help

I would love some advice from those of you who have done collegiate job fairs. I signed up for job fairs at 2 local universities with PT programs for February. This is so far outside of my comfort zone I don’t know where to start. I signed up now as once I commit to something I will follow through and so I have plenty of time to figure it out.

What have you done that went over well?

What would you not do again?

Any “outside the norm” branded items that were a hit?

I would love some interactive ideas so it’s not just me making small talk which scares me to death!
