🔎 CREATING MY WEEKLY FOCUS
Decision 5: What Deserves Attention
I’ve created a reusable focus structure that members at different stages can apply.
💭 MY WEEKLY FOCUS THINKING
Why it matters
Catching the pattern earlier gives members more room to respond intentionally instead of only realizing afterward that they were already in the loop.
Which journey stage does it support?
See the pattern.
One supporting resource
A short Energy Clues guide or prompt showing examples of thought clues, body clues, mood clues, and behavior clues.
✨ MY WEEKLY FOCUS STRUCTURE
This week’s focus
Notice the earliest clue that your energy is shifting before autopilot takes over.
One action members can take
Choose one ordinary situation this week and notice the first change in thought, mood, body, energy, or behavior that tells you something is shifting.
One question to discuss
What is the first thing you tend to notice when your energy starts to drop?
One progress signal
A member can name one earlier clue she noticed before the familiar behavior or shutdown response.
One next-step prompt
When that clue shows up again, what's one small thing you could do before the usual pattern carries you further?
💬 I’m building this in public and would welcome your perspective:
Is this focus clear enough to guide the week without forcing everyone into the same task?
