A behind-the-scenes moment (messy is allowed)
Here’s a behind-the-scenes moment from building this community.
I keep wanting to make everything “complete” before I invite people in.
Perfect categories. Perfect path. Perfect resource library.
And every time I do that, I feel the same thing.
Heavier. Slower.
So I’m choosing a different rule.
We build it in public.
We keep it simple.
We let the members show us what they actually need.
