Joseph spent weeks on a road he never chose. Genesis 37 gives him a pit, a caravan, and a sale. Nobody asked what he wanted. Most founders I talk to are on that road right now. The business isn't dead, but nothing is arriving, and every mile feels wasted. Scripture has a word for it. Derech. The way. The road. Proverbs 3:6 (ESV): "In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." The same root that names the road names how you live on it. Here's what I'm asking. Starting October 1, walk 90 days with me. It ends December 29. You'll spend the rest of this year building instead of drifting toward January. The habit research says 66 days is the average for a behavior to become automatic, with a range from 18 to 254 (Lally et al., 2010, European Journal of Social Psychology). Ninety days gives you the average with margin, and the same study found a single missed day didn't derail the process. So you can walk imperfectly and still arrive. What the walk is: - One short daily movement, scripture first - One obedience act per day, small enough to finish on your worst day - One Sunday check-in where we name what moved and what didn't What it costs: nothing. It's free and inside this community. Reply "I'm walking" below. Tell me the one place you feel stuck on the road. I'll read every one. Covenant question: If the road is where God is forming you, what have you been trying to skip, and what is it costing your business?
