Lesson of the week: Not every 3-day fast is the same
Week 2/5 done. 3.2 kg (7 lbs) down in two weeks and well on my way to my 5 kg goal.
I usually feel my energy levels are very high on the 3rd day of a fast but not today. It has been a heavier week mentally than physically, and the caloric deficit may have been doing its part too. So I decided to end the fast at 1pm today, which is earlier than I usually do, because I still have a lot to do before closing the week off and I felt my body needed it.
Curious what's the longest any of you have experimented with going beyond your usual window, even accidentally. What is the longest you have gone without food, intentionally or not?
