🛍️ Shopify ($SHOP) jumped 16.47% to $201.97 after second-quarter results came in well ahead of both company guidance and consensus. Revenue grew 34% year over year to US$3.58 billion, with subscription revenue at $802 million, up 22%, and merchant solutions at $2.78 billion, up 37%. Gross merchandise volume topped $100 billion for a third straight quarter, rising 30% in constant currency. 🚗 Uber ($UBER) closed down 5.29% at $68.18 on soft guidance. Second-quarter earnings landed in line at 81 cents per share, while revenue of $14.19 billion narrowly missed the $14.24 billion estimate despite growing 12% year over year. Total bookings of $58 billion beat expectations, but third-quarter bookings guidance of $59.25 billion fell short of the $59.33 billion consensus, and the 84–88 cent EPS forecast sits below the 89-cent estimate. 💾 Sandisk ($SNDK) fell 5.40% to $1,350.50 and slid another 5% after hours on a weak revenue outlook. Fiscal first-quarter revenue guidance of $10.3 billion to $10.8 billion came in below the $11.16 billion analysts expected. The quarter itself was strong, with revenue of $8.79 billion beating the $8.64 billion consensus and adjusted earnings of $39.25 per share topping the $34.37 estimate. Sandisk also approved an additional $14 billion buyback, and remains up nearly 490% year to date and continue to be the best performer in the S&P 500 since the start of 2026. 🦉 Duolingo ($DUOL) dropped 11.14% after the close on a second-quarter revenue miss. Revenue rose 18.3% year over year to $298.5 million, just short of the $301.5 million estimate, while gross profit climbed 18.7% to $216.7 million. Operating profit was up only 1.7% to $33.9 million, net income fell 26% to $33.2 million and diluted earnings came in at 66 cents per share, down 27.5%.
