📊 Stocks finished the week at record highs after a soft jobs report cooled rate hike expectations. The S&P 500 rose 0.62% to a record close of 7,757.64, the Nasdaq climbed 1.30% and the Dow added 0.28%. Canada's S&P/TSX Composite gained 0.68%. All three U.S. indexes posted their best week since April.
🛠️ Atlassian ($TEAM) jumped 35% after fourth quarter adjusted earnings and revenue beat expectations alongside upbeat guidance. First quarter revenue guidance topped FactSet consensus, though full year revenue growth of 13% came in just under the 13.4% analysts wanted.
🚀 SpaceX ($SPCX) just snapped its four-week losing streak, jumping 15% on Friday and wrapping up the week nearly 25% in the green. The rally was heavily fueled by an Argus upgrade to "buy" on a $160 price target, as bullish sentiment grows that their massive AI spending spree could pay off much faster than many investors expected
🏠 Airbnb ($ABNB) rallied 17% to a four-year high on second quarter EPS of $1.37 and revenue of $3.61 billion, ahead of the $1.25 and $3.58 billion expected. CEO Brian Chesky credited AI for the quarter, noting 45% of guests who interact with an AI agent never need to speak with a human, and said first-time bookers are growing at their fastest pace in four years.
☎️ Twilio ($TWLO) surged 24% after guiding to adjusted EPS of $1.42 to $1.47 on revenue of $1.51 billion to $1.52 billion, and lifting full year revenue growth to 18% to 18.5% from 14% to 15%.
🥇 Iamgold ($IAG) climbed 14% after producing 188,100 ounces of gold in Q2, bringing year to date output to 371,700 ounces against full year guidance of 720,000 to 820,000. Mine site free cash flow of nearly $900 million year to date is up 290% from last year, and the company ended the quarter in a net cash position with roughly $1.35 billion in liquidity. It has repurchased about 208 million shares for $510.4 million since December.
