Training
I ride 5 days a week and one day of strength training for a total of 12 hours of ridding and an hour of strength training. I tend to do 50% sweet spot training 40% zone 2 and 10% Vo2 max or threshold training. What do you think of this type of training. I heard 80/20 is not as good for time crunch ridders.
