Equipment:1 ball + 1 wall
How to do it:
Round 1 — Basic passing3 sets of 30 passes with your strong foot.Focus on clean contact and controlled first touch.
Round 2 — Weak foot passing3 sets of 20 passes with your weak foot.Don’t rush. Accuracy matters more than power.
Round 3 — First touch directionPass the ball to the wall, then use your first touch to move the ball slightly left or right before passing again.4 sets of 20 reps.
Key focus:Before the ball comes back, quickly look over your shoulder.
Common mistake:Standing still and waiting for the ball. Stay light on your feet.
Mental cue:A calm first touch creates a calm next decision.
