Being to hard on yourself?
November 2024 was my busiest month ever as a business owner. Yet I still feel deflated. I started the business the 16th of December 2023. This past month I made 5x the revenue I made in January 2024. The main reason I still feel deflated is the niche of the niche I am trying to pursue. Private catering for commercial and private guests. If you’re reading this I’m sure you understand how much more lucrative private catering is in comparison to opening to the public or attending markets etc. I am averaging one catering booking every 2 weeks. I want our business to become 90+% private catering bookings. The way we are going to attack this is, cold outreach to HR departments that employee 50 or more people using LinkedIn sales navigator to find these leads. The more success we have implementing this technique the more I will share about how you can implement for your own business. For now that’s all I have to share Peace and love, Adam
