I went wild with the food processor and made enough veggies for 2 stir fries (including this one) and 2 days worth of slaw salad. The dressing (also food processed) is made with silken tofu, parsley, a bit of miso, dijon mustard, nutritional yeast and lemon juice. It's green from parsley and broccoli. Pretty easy and tasty.
