Hello 👋 I am Karen I have a young boy who is 5 year age with down syndrome and hoping to find better meal ideas as I’m so tired all the time he is a special boy and love him but I do struggle my husband never has time to help me as he is playing video games or with his friends doing poker. It’s a full time job being a mom and working, I worry when my son gets older how I will be able to work anymore at least I don’t have worry on what food to give him he can eat most soft textured food and icecream made from fruits . I’m sorry if this sounds like I’m complaining I’m explaining why I’m here my husband is a lovely man .

Now that I replaced all cyst if buying bread or carb products that we over here use as side dishes or vessels for our sauces and stews I'm 💯 sure everyone can and should add this to daily routine to save food money. Basic white loaf ✅ Baguettes✅ flat bread/ fry bread ✅ pizza doughs ✅ Buns ! This is the basics and really all you need to add to a family week of 2-3 hours of time and implementation and a family can save $60-$100 a week without buying bread products. If enough of us do it in our local areas the bakeries might start to wonder 🤷‍♀️
