Welcome To The Network (Start Here)
Hey Brand Builders — Welcome to Network. If you're here, I'm guessing you're tired of the same recycled marketing advice that sounds like it came from a 2015 blog post. Good. You're in the right place. Here's what you need to know: - The Mission: We're here to help you build brands that actually matter — ones that cut through the noise, connect with real people, and make you money while doing it. - The Community: You're surrounded by people who get it. Brand builders who are actually building. Marketers who are tired of theory and want results. - Ask questions. Share what's working. Challenge ideas. Stay active. - The Classroom: Inside, you'll find resources that break down brand strategy, positioning frameworks, content systems, and real examples of 7,8 and 9 figure brands. COMMUNITY RULES: 1. Bring Value – Be sharp. Be real. Help others level up. If you wouldn't want to read it, don't post it. 2. Stay Focused – Brand and marketing content only. Post in the right category. We're not running a therapy group or a meme page. 3. No Promotions – No links, self-promo, or spam without team approval. You know what this looks like. Don't do it. Violators get banned, no warnings. 4. Be respectful. We're here to build brands that last, think at a higher level, and actually create value. Let's grow.

On a Mission to Build the Next Big Hydration Brand
Happy to be here and thanks Tim for inviting me also Where are you right now in your journey? - Currently at the Canton Fair in China, bouncing between halls hunting for the right suppliers . I’m in the early build phase, locking in product direction and forming my supply chain. What brand are you building? - I’m creating a water filtration brand focused on clean, accessible hydration — starting from filtered bottles and expanding toward wider household solutions. What's something you're good at, and can help other members with? - I’m great at strategising and planning — especially turning raw ideas into clear, actionable roadmaps. I love breaking down a big vision into simple next steps.
Hey guys!
- Where are you right now in your journey? I am in the late stages of launch where I am onboarding influencers and setting up the website as well as final steps of the supply chain. - What brand are you building? I am building a brand surrounding gym identity with the first product being 0.5KG dumbbell-inspired utensils so gym fanatics can workout while they eat and carry the discipline they have build in the gym wherever they go - What's something you're good at, and can help other members with? I am in the very early stages of my journey (being 18y/o) so I may not be as valuable as someone with more experience, however I have put myself in this situation which has forced me to grow and learn supply chain, everything to do with ecom and social media very quickly so I will do my best with any issues or discussions you need.
Hey guys!
How To Build a System That Runs Business Without You (Part 2/5)
The Org Chart That Actually Works Most org charts are useless decoration. They show who reports to who, but they don't show how decisions get made or work gets done. Here's what you need instead: 1. Map out every role and function you have in your business. - List everyone currently working on your project (including yourself) - Mark each person as either "Employee" or "Contractor" - Include names, roles, and employment status Note: Even if you're working alone, list yourself - you'll be wearing multiple hats 2. Establish Core Business Departments - Strategy & Management - Business owner, strategic decisions - Human Resources - Hiring, training, team management - Marketing - Client acquisition, content creation - Sales - Converting leads to customers - Finance & Accounting - Money management, bookkeeping - Product/Production - Delivering what customers bought - Customer Service - Supporting clients post-purchase - Technical - IT infrastructure, systems Note: Even as a solo entrepreneur, you operate in ALL these departments - you just switch between roles throughout the day. 3. Assign Department Heads - Identify who leads each department - Initially, this may be you for most/all departments - Plan for future delegation by noting which roles you want to eventually hand off 4. List All Job Positions - Management → Executive Director - Marketing → Copywriter - Sales → Closer 5. Define Valuable Final Products - Project Manager: "Timely completion of all team and contractor tasks" - HR Director: "Qualified employee placed in position + formed talent pipeline" - Lead Manager: "Qualified leads transferred to expert with properly filled client cards"
