Welcome to Focus 5 Academy. This is not just a place to watch videos, read posts, and feel inspired for five minutes. This is a training community. This is a place to grow. Focus 5 is built on five areas: Memory Math Language Leadership Personal Safety From this point forward, I want this group to become a place of proof. That means I want people to show what they are learning, what they are practicing, and how they are improving. Not just talk about it. Not just think about it. Not just say, “I’m going to do it.” Do it. Train it. Post it. Our weekly standard is simple: - 3 proof posts each week - 1 encouraging comment on another member’s post - 1 weekly review on Sunday Your proof post can be: - a written post - an audio clip - a short video - a photo of your work - a screenshot - a simple demonstration What counts is proof. Examples: Memory — show something you memorized Math — show a problem or skill you practiced Language — post your speaking, reading, shadowing, or writing Leadership — show an action you took in real life Personal Safety — share a principle you studied and how you would use it This week, we begin with a simple challenge: WEEK 1: THE 3-POST PROOF CHALLENGE Post: 1. one memory proof 2. one language or math proof 3. one leadership or personal safety proof That’s it. One of the things that we work on here in the community is language. Everybody can speak something in a second language, at least in a sentence or two. Learning a anguage is about adding to what you already know.And being brave enough to use it in real situations.
