I was thinking about two important things: How we talk about being certified and how we explain Growthworks to people who don't know what it is.
Being a Certified Marketing Consultant means we're really good at what we do, but it's important we tell clients about it in a way they understand. And although we all know what Growthworks is, our clients usually don't, so we need to explain it well.
