argument for the most fondational trick
in my humble opinion the shower is the best
- it masters 1 siteswap which is needed for several tricks
- it feels the same as several tricks
- it unlocks tons of brand new tricks
- it's a create exercise to create handspeed for juggling
- and much much more
this is my opinion bennett says the box but in my opinion thats ballax and it's the shower
