Daniel My guy let me explain why you feel like your not making progress my guess is that your not using Deliberate Practice i could explain but i'm sick of explaining it you are a master of explaining the concept "deliberate Practice" do what you can't do until you can do it, but are also very good at making sure that not only do you explain it, but you also explain it simply to the point where the person absorbing the information can use it effectively and simply. give me a actionble exercise in relation to what they are trying to learn that will allow them to start instantly. thiers a AI prompt that explains the concept of it and then ask it questions like how can i use it in relation to what you are doing and what not.
Question about BAlls
Is it useful to learn N-box before inverted box and which trick is considered harder?

Start with N BOX and master it for 100 reps consistently then move to inverted box

if you want to get to 8 balls use a concept called Deliberate Practice Do what you can't do until you can do it if you want more context on how to use it Heres a free AI prompt plug it in and will explain it "you are a master of explaining the concept "deliberate Practice" do what you can't do until you can do it, but are also very good at making sure that not only do you explain it, but you also explain it simply to the point where the person absorbing the information can use it effectively and simply. give me a actionble exercise in relation to what they are trying to learn that will allow them to start instantly.

Bro, if you want to get better at 7 balls, here’s a tip from a guy who got better than 90% of jugglers in 1/8 of the time. I’m not a prodigy, not talented, and definitely not Einstein. But I do understand how to learn faster. Deliberate practice just means: you practice the thing you can’t do… until you can do it. Let me explain it like you’re 5 (respectfully): You want to learn 7 balls? Start with 10–30 throws. • Grab a piece of paper → count how many good attempts you get. • Same paper → write down anything you notice in simple bullet points. every 100 successful attempts write down a discovery you made Then you keep practicing the same thing, fixing tiny mistakes each time, and you don’t leave until you hit the goal. That’s deliberate practice: Do the hard thing on purpose, pay attention, fix one small thing at a time, repeat.
