Every day, a child gives up on their dream to fly.

✈️ Some kids stand on the outside of the fence, watching planes take off, believing they’ll never be the ones to fly.

Maybe they’ve been told they’re not smart enough. Maybe no one ever showed them how. But what if one person—one moment—could change everything?

That’s what we do.

We go where the kids are, meeting them where they stand, and telling them: You belong here.

👩‍✈️ We bring together mentors, pilots, dreamers, and leaders to lift up those who have been overlooked.

Talent isn’t about where you were born. It’s about what happens when someone sees you and says, "You can do this."🫵
