Flow Thyself is in its very early stages, and we’re just getting started. Right now, I’m working another job that requires much of my time and energy so I can eventually step into this passion full-time.
My vision is to build a thriving community of consciousness centered around breathwork, yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, health, ancient wisdom, self-mastery, philosophy, God, sovereignty, Bitcoin, intentional living, conscious plant medicine use and more!
I’ll be building classrooms with guided breathworks, yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, morning practices, health teachings, weekly live breathwork sessions, and more!
At the heart of it all is remembering who we truly are, connecting with a higher version of ourselves, and living out our destiny here on Earth. Wherever you are on your path, I’ll meet you there and do my best to support your journey.
