A Little About Me 👋
What's up Flow Thyself Fam!!
Originally from New Hampshire, now living in St. Pete, Florida, and honestly could not imagine being anywhere else.
I am deeply passionate about helping burnt out entrepreneurs and high performers learn how to build from peace instead of pressure. That is not just what I teach, it is what I live. I spent years running my business in a constant state of stress and urgency before I finally figured out there was another way.
That journey is what created BUILT for Impact and it is what keeps me showing up for this community every single day.
I am genuinely grateful for all of it. The wins, the hardships, the growth, and the people I have met along the way. Shoutout to Max for the spiritual journey we have been on together, it has changed my life 🍄 ;).
Right now I am developing my breathwork practice which is why I'm here. Actually about to do a session right after this post before I hop on our community call in about 20 minutes.
