How is the silent sit going?
Who else is having an amazing experience with the silent sit practice?
My sits have been very profound. Along with the vision usually some piece of a deeper seeing or clarity comes in that is helping shape the vision even better. For my vision to take form I have to be in a place to meet it. It feels like my system is being prepared for the vision I am creating.
When we take time and put into on into creating a vision the Universe and life energy rises to meet us. This effort is never wasted if done with sincerity.
