A Pickle I'd Love to Share - Female Real Estate Investors?

Hi all! I'm in a pickle and could really benefit from the wisdom of this group.

So - I'm sitting on a truly incredible opportunity via my new startup - and looking for a female real estate investor to partner with (it's a 40k deal and contract in 72 hours).

My question to the amazing women in this group is: If you had only 72 hours to find this person and you didn't have the right contact in your existing network... where exactly would you go?

It's a highly validated startup that empowers women (think Xavier's entrepreneurial school for business starters) IRL - with a both highly lucrative and ethical real estate backbone, and only needs 40k to secure 100% ready-to-go (no renovation) property equity.

It'd have to be someone bold, eager for impact, looking for a truly novel, wild but market-validated opportunity - where the numbers work from the very beginning. But most of all - someone that WANTS tons more impact. We've got all the pitch decks, media, numbers, market validation, etc.

So I'm reaching out to this awesome group because - If I don't find her within 72 hours the opportunity is gone (this property is extremely uniquely connected) - so this is a Hail Mary! :)

Life is short - and this would change the game for thousands of women. It would mean the world if you can help recommend the right woman! :)
