SOLD FOR $1600
Month of November Breakdown
Gross sales: $4,215 Expenses: $775 Profit: $3440 Number of couches sold: 7 This is my highest profit yet this month by far! I sold some other miscellaneous items that are added in this as well but couches have been where most of the money was made. If it wasnโ€™t for a piece of the restoration hardware sectional falling off my truck I would have had probably another 1k in profit lol Only been doing it about 15/20 hours a week. I am going to put in 30/40 hours a week this month and goal is to hit over 5k profit and sell over 15 couches. And this is all from my 2 car garage. Thank you so much for this group, I am learning so much from you all and appreciate all that guys do!! @Mark Cruz @Bryan S
๐Ÿ† Wins Wednesday โ€“ Thomasville Tisdale Flip
Picked up this Thomasville Tisdale light grey earlier in the week for $200 and it turned out to be one of those easy dub that we all love. This one came in super clean, no rips, no stains, no pet issues. Literally just a quick steam clean and vacuum and it was photo-ready. No repairs, no heavy lifting on the cleaning side. We listed it and ended up moving it for $800 picked up. $600 profit on a smooth flip. Not every win has to be a massive B-Stock haulโ€ฆ sometimes itโ€™s just these clean, simple flips that keep the momentum going. Whatโ€™s everyone else winning with this week? ๐Ÿ‘‡

NEW MONEY-MAKER ALERT: The Gazebo Flip (No Inventory Needed)
Whatโ€™s up hustlers! Mark & Bryan here. We just dropped another insane reselling opportunity that anyone in this community can start, no money, no inventory, and no risk. Just your phone, a few Facebook posts, and a little effort. This oneโ€™s all about gazebos. ๐Ÿก How We Discovered It A few months back, we were deep in the couch flipping grind, moving sectionals, cleaning fabric, repairing legs, all that. Then one day, a customer came in to buy a sectional and also asked if we offer outdoor furniture as well (this is a very common question that we get and I know many of you couch hustlers have ran into this before). I said no but we do ocassionally get patio furniture. He mentioned if we had gazebos and outdoor sectional, he would buy it as well as he was moving into a new home with a big backyard. So off to research we go... People were paying $1,500โ€“$2,000+ for outdoor gazebos that we could easily source online for half that. So, we decided to test it. We grabbed a few stock photos, made a simple post on Facebook, and waited. Priced it cheaper than most. Within days, people started messaging us, asking questions, requesting measurements, and placing deposits. We didnโ€™t even have a display set up at first and it still worked. The Business Model Hereโ€™s how simple this play really is ๐Ÿ‘‡ 1๏ธโƒฃ Source gazebos directly from AliExpress (weโ€™ll show you the exact listings) 2๏ธโƒฃ Post the stock photos + copy on Facebook Marketplace 3๏ธโƒฃ When someone messages you, collect a deposit (we do 50% upfront) 4๏ธโƒฃ Order the gazebo and hire an installer (we found someone locally that does installations) 5๏ธโƒฃ Once itโ€™s installed โ†’ collect the rest of the payment โ†’ profit Note: If you're handy, you can install yourself and keep the $600. The gazebos comes with instructions but it does take a while to install. You never touch inventory, and your total time invested per deal is just a few messages and coordination calls. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Real Example We just closed a 12x20 gazebo job: - Gazebo cost: $800
๐Ÿ’ธ $300 โ†’ $1,500 West Elm Couch Flip (Step-by-Step)
Whatโ€™s up everyone! Just wrapped up another solid flip and wanted to break it down for you guys. We picked up this West Elm Harmony sectional in LA for $300, and like weโ€™ve done multiple times before, weโ€™re expecting to sell it between $1,200โ€“$1,500 depending on what the condition is. Some sellers truly donโ€™t realize the value of what theyโ€™re getting rid of they just want it gone. One lady literally said she couldnโ€™t believe someone paid her to take it away ๐Ÿ˜… Once we got it back to the warehouse, the guys cleaned it up: ๐Ÿงผ Removed dog hair (lots of dog hair) โœจ Deodorized and sanitized ๐Ÿ’ก Brought it back to โ€œlike-newโ€ condition The performance fabric on these West Elm couches holds up insanely well and thatโ€™s why theyโ€™re one of our favorite brands to pick up along with RH. Now that itโ€™s cleaned, weโ€™ll be listing it for $1,600, leaving room to negotiate or tack on delivery fees for extra profit. We always: 1๏ธโƒฃ Take clean, bright photos 2๏ธโƒฃ Use our saved listing template for consistency 3๏ธโƒฃ List a bit higher than our target price 4๏ธโƒฃ Add optional delivery fees depending on distance and effort Simple system, repeatable results. Question for you: Have you ever picked up a couch where the seller had no idea what it was worth? Share your best โ€œcrazy dealโ€ story below ๐Ÿ‘‡
