Free Property Hack — by Flip Homes Find vacant homes AND land (land is often more available) across the U.S. with public-record research. A neglected parcel or empty house can look promising—but this is education and a playbook, not a promise. I’ve worked this niche for years: rehabs, vacant houses brought back, tax-lien properties, and vacant land. I put time and money into deals that worked, usually taxes and upkeep; compared with a normal purchase, the economics could feel almost free. That’s my experience, not a guarantee. This work is not cut-and-dry. Neighbors and officials may think you’re doing something wrong. Learn what to say, what to document, and what not to do. Learn how not to waste months on a property only to find the owners live two towns over and suddenly show up. An Adverse Possession affidavit is a recorded statement some investors consider to make a claim visible in public records and support a timeline. Rules vary by state: verify locally and use counsel before recording anything. Education only—not a universal form. How it works • Module A is free. • Full Classroom (Modules B + C): $97 one-time. • Ongoing access: $15/month for tips, questions, and member notes. I teach DIY research with public records. Optional Fiverr packs save time: a starter list of 15 addresses, parcel/tax ID when findable, tax-record name when shown, plus notes when mail looks like it’s bouncing back or the data suggests the place is unoccupied. “Mail bouncing back” is a clue, not proof. Drive by and look yourself. Sometimes there’s a 2-for-1: 30 for the price of 15. Packs are optional. A pack is a public-information starting list—not proof a property is abandoned, free, or yours. Education only—not legal advice. Double-check local records and rules, talk to a qualified professional, and do not trespass. Find it. File it. Don’t blow it.
