Fast approvals do NOT make you a good operator.
A lot of beginners think responding quick and throwing anyone into the car means they’re “moving fast” or scaling. In reality, one bad renter can slow your whole operation down for weeks.
Late payments. Excuses. Damage. Stress. Chargebacks. Ghosting.
The goal is not just getting the car rented.The goal is getting the RIGHT renter in the vehicle.
Anybody can hand over keys.Not everybody can build a real operation with structure.
Take your time screening:
  • Verify license
  • Verify ratings
  • Run your background checks
  • Understand their reason for use
  • Trust your intuition
One solid renter is worth more than five rushed deals.
