Went good tbh, but i got an idea, i know it sounds a bit mental but bare with me for a second. On push day everyone does tricep at the end and on pull day, everyone does bicep at the end (logical) so tought i might swap them (do bicep on push and tricep on pull) because by the time i get to the arms i notice they are already gassed out a bit and i feel like im leaving gains on the table. What do yall say?
