I’ve been in fitness for 11 years, and I’ll say this straight: Most people don’t have a problem with training or nutrition. The problem is they don’t do it long enough or consistently enough. Everyone is looking for the “best program”, the “perfect diet”, the “right supplement”. But the reality is different - results come from doing the basics over and over again without quitting. I’ve seen people with perfect plans get no results. And others with simple routines completely transform. The difference? Discipline and consistency.
