Getting sunlight ASAP every morning is also very important for our circadian rhythm, the body’s natural internal clock that helps regulate hormones, which affects our energy levels and our mood through the day. If this rhythm is out of wack, we get our daily boost of seratonin when the day is almost over, instead of early in the day.
