God Goes Beyond
Cool discovery! Acts 14:8-10 Paul is preaching in Lystra when he notices a man who has been disabled from birth and has never walked. As the man listens, Paul sees that he has faith to be healed. Paul calls out loudly for him to stand up—and the man jumps to his feet and begins walking.
Never caught this... the man's feet were not just healed. The man was healed and then able to do something he had never done before. He had never walked. He had never learned to walk (brain, Muscle, balance) He would not have had the coordination, or the muscle. He'd never done it!
Not only did he walk. He "lept" and walked.
God is able to do abundantly more than. We can ask or think (Eph 3:20)
As much as I try not to, I know i still put God in a box. The things I am praying about right now, honestly I am praying in doubt because I dont see any possible way. God has given so many examples, both in scripture and in life already.
Lord, help my unbelief.
Where are you limiting God in your life?
Where have you already seen Him do abundantly more than you could ask or think?
