I’m a fitness coach for dads who are tired of feeling like an NPC in their own family.
They’ve been sold the lie that self-care is selfish.
It’s not.
It’s responsibility.
I know because I lived it.
At 39, my 38x30 pants were too tight.
I avoided photos.
I hid behind “being busy.”
I had a degree in exercise physiology
and a background as a personal trainer.
Life still pulled me off the rails.
So I built a system and used it to drop 75 pounds.
I’m in the best shape of my life now… at 42.
Not through motivation.
Through structure.
One habit at a time.
The SHAPE Protocol:
Sleep — recovery & hormones
Hydration — energy & appetite
Activity — daily movement
Protein — muscle & satiety
Exercise — growth stimulus
Follow this in order and results are inevitable.
I can’t guarantee you’ll show up.
But if you do,
your family will feel the difference.
This isn’t self-care.
It’s responsibility.
Your kids are watching.
