Hi Tom, just to say that I am doing quite well slow progress but there is definitely progress. My right shoulder which I have not been able to move easily for a number of years is moving easily. I can’t actually believe it’s true. I did my exercises in the pool yesterday And I have to say it as an older woman, it was very much easier! Also for me there was nobody else in the pool so it was nice and quiet. I have also got myself an ice plunge for the garden which is making a massive difference to how I am feeling. Thank you so much for the guidance. !

Hips course
Just went thru the Hips course and phew but ready to go again. Really surprising that pails and rails get a sweat going and from the outside it looks like ur just sitting still LoL Finally got my hip cramp badge with Hips 5 WOO!!
