After my check-in this morning, I've found out that since September, I've officially gone down:
- 2 inches in my waist
- 2.25 inches in my upper thigh
- 1.5 inches in my chest
- 2.25 inches in my arms
I've also lost just over 19 pounds after breaking through a plateau that held me back for 2-3 months.
A few days ago, I tried on a shirt + pants that I hadn't worn in maybe years, and I was shocked to see how it started to fit me looser. You don't realize the progress you've made until you see how things were when you started. 🙃
