  • Getting honest about where you are right now — energy, sleep, stress, movement, and mindset
  • Setting simple, realistic intentions for the next week so we can build wins, not pressure
Over the next 16 weeks, we’ll be working on fitness for your mind, body, and soul — including:
  • Sleep, stress, and daily rhythm
  • Gentle movement, stretching, and building a strong core
  • Safe strength training and joint-friendly exercises
  • Nutrition basics and smart choices that fit real life
  • Habits, accountability, and long-term lifestyle change
This is not a crash program — it’s a lifestyle reset designed for real people over 50 who want to feel better, move better, and show up stronger for the rest of their life.
