I’m very passionate about helping people live healthier, more confident, and more independent lives through safe effective exercise. within my role surrounding health referral and community fitness, I work closely with individuals aged 65 and above, supporting them to move better, feel stronger, and improve their overall physical and mental wellbeing. I believe exercise should be accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to each person’s needs, health conditions, and abilities. My aim is to help older adults build strength, improve balance, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness, while reducing the risk of falls and managing long-term health conditions. I focus on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel comfortable, listened to, and encouraged at every stage of their journey. Ultimately, I want people to gain confidence in their bodies, maintain independence, stay socially connected, and enjoy a better quality of life. I truly believe it’s never too late to move, improve, and feel stronger.
