Aloha!! Join me in completing “mile a day, May”starting tomorrow! For the month of May, I will do at minimum, 1 mile of either walking, running, biking, cycling, rowing or swimming.
I will also begin posting a weekly check in on Friday’s to see if y’all need help with anything! 😊
