Three years ago, I was that dad who was “tou busy” for his own health. Working long hours, grabbing fast food, skipping workouts, and running on empty. Sound familiar?
My wake-up call came when my 6- year old then asked me to play soccer, and I was too tired after just 10 minutes. That night, I looked in the mirror and realized I wasn’t the father I wanted to be- or the one my kids deserved.
That’s whwn Fit Dad Community was born. Not from a business plan, but from a desperate need to change my story and help other dads do the same.
Here’s what I discovered:
1) When I got stronger physically, I became stronger emotionally
2) When I prioritized my health, I had more energy for my family
3) When I connected with other dads on the sams journey, I found my true purpose as a father
4) When I grounded everything in faith, I found my true purpose as a father
Fast forward to today, I am more present with my kids, in shape and leading a community of incredible fathers who refuse to settle for “good enough”
