Motivation vs. Commitment
People often tell me,
"I just need more motivation."
I don't think that's true.
Motivation comes and goes.
Some days you'll feel excited to train.
Other days you won't.
That's normal.
If you rely on motivation, your habits will come and go with it.
Commitment is different.
Commitment is choosing to show up even when you don't feel like it.
Not because every workout is exciting.
But because you've decided your health is worth investing in.
You don't have to be perfect.
You just have to keep showing up.
Motivation may get you started.
Commitment keeps you going.
And over time, that's what creates lasting change.
