I have vail tail betta I have breed a different pair before actually some of those that I am trying to breed right now were from that spawn I have tried several different pairings, including different males to different females and vice versa

Have had this betta a while now, since my first passed uncontrollably :( But he's just as happy as my previous one was, without the issues the other was born with. I'm hoping for a long, prosperous life, and he's very happy so far. I plan on making w course myself to help people set up for these lovely guys, avoiding the common issues people make, as they're a heavily bred and commonly abused fish, sadly.

Is my pleco male or female (don't mind him bullying the snails) and the orange on his fins, he didn't have those before I got him, but over time (almost a year now) he has gotten more. Orange-red hues is this normal? For a common pleco

I have 1 Rainbow Snakehead, 4 Clown Loaches, 2 Angel Fish, 2 Dwarf Gouramis, 3 Octo catfish, and 1 unknown Catfish.
