Some version of this shows up in almost every panel: "A senior firefighter tells you to skip a safety step. What do you do?"
The panel is testing whether you'll fold under social pressure. The answer they need to hear: safety isn't negotiable, and you'll handle it with respect — but you'll handle it. Then they want to hear how: speak up in the moment, follow up through the chain if needed.
Practice saying it out loud. Conviction can't be faked in a panel room.
