The CPAT rule nobody warns you about: don't run
You can fail the CPAT with a perfect score on every event — by running between them.
The test demands a brisk walk. Running between events is an automatic failure at most testing centers. It catches people every cycle: adrenaline kicks in, they trot to the next station, done.
Practice the pace. Walk fast, breathe, reset before the next event. Pacing is a skill — train it like one.
