📉 “People are seeing it... even if they don’t like it.”
Let me go ahead and cancel that lie right now. 🙅🏽‍♀️
That mindset is keeping some of us from growing. From selling. From impacting the very people God called you to reach.
We’re not posting for vanity metrics BUT we are posting for visibility.
And like it or not, likes, comments, shares, and saves… those are visibility metrics. That’s how the algorithm decides if your message gets pushed to more people or buried where no one sees it.
I remember years ago releasing my book Altered Destiny. I uploaded it to Amazon, waited... and nothing happened. Crickets. 🦗
I almost said, “Oh well… maybe Amazon doesn’t like Christian content.”
Or even I’m shadow banned on social media.
đź‘€ But God checked me.
It wasn’t Amazon.
It wasn’t a spiritual attack.
It wasn’t a shadowban.
The content just wasn’t hitting.
So I prayed… and then I pivoted.
God gave me a hook. It was a wild one. I posted in Amazon’s community platform and said:
“This can’t be a Christian book... look at the cover!” (pharaphasing)
🔥 Y’all… it went viral.
People were triggered.
Blogs started writing about it and they never read the book.
Sales exploded.
Because I didn’t just upload and hope. I learned how to position the message.
So let me be clear:
✅ If you’re not getting likes please figure out why.
âś… If your views are low please figure out why.
✅ If no one’s engaging please don’t blame the devil. Fix the content.
God can give you a strategy that makes your post go viral.
He will give you language that resonates.
But don’t spiritualize what’s really a SKILL issue.
These are learnable skills.
🎯 You need:
• A strong HOOK
• A clear STORY (tell your story... people love stories... i.e. Reesa Teesa)
• A compelling OFFER
• And yes, good TIMING doesn’t hurt. (learn the time your audience is online)
Know your audience.
Speak their language.
Stop waiting for them to find you AND get good at showing up where they already are.
Get excellent. Get honest. Get strategic. Learn how to make your POST standout.
Because your message deserves to be seen. You message has to be seen. God wants what he gave you to go out into the world and reach the one that needs it. And likes, engagments, shares help do that.
