You don’t need therapy to take action. You need a reason that hurts enough
The road to hell is paved with good intentions. But the equal opposite is that the road to heaven might be paved with bad ones.
Nobody talks about the upside of negative emotions.
We’re told to “heal,” “let go,” and “only do things from a place of love.”
But sometimes… Rage builds empires. Spite breaks generational curses.
Here’s what most people get wrong about motivation:
They wait to “feel good” before they take action.
But the people who win? They use anything to move forward.
Pain. Insecurity. Revenge. Embarrassment.
If it gets you to take the first step, it’s valid.
I didn’t become disciplined by meditating.
I became disciplined by being sick of my own bullshit.
You don’t have to be a monk to change your life.
You just need to get angry enough to stop wasting it.
Use the darkness to light the fire. Eventually, the flame will carry itself.
